Rubenfeld Synergy Method for Life
Deepen Your Relationships with Yourself and With Others

When was the last time you felt deeply touched- emotionally, physically or spiritually?
Can you remember a time when your body, heart, mind and spirit moved in harmony?
In your relationships, are you able to find connection, support and safety and do you feel loved?
Are you able to let go in solitude and find deep relaxation?

Rubenfeld Synergy Method (RSM) for Life is a group process designed to help you
make connections in your body, with your heart and with those you care about.
Through experiential exercises based on the principles of Rubenfeld Synergy Method (RSM),
participants will begin to learn the language of the heart.
Gentle touch, deep movement, experiential process with partners within a framework
of safe, no-failure learning all lead us to discover the wisdom living in our bodies. We learn
to live more fully in our bodies and to relate to others from a place of soft and steady power.

Beginning Sunday, May 2 and for the following 3 Sundays (5/9, 16 & 23) from 3:00 to 5:00 pm,
a unique, free opportunity in RSM for Life will be offered at Yoga Possibilities in Middletown.
A group is forming now and interested parties will need to commit to all four sessions.
There is no cost to participants, except the commitment to attend all sessions fully,
as this is an introductory process. Please call or email Justin Salvio (860-752-8946)
